General document translation for business, academic, HR, and administrative content. Clean output in the original format.
Learn moreProfessional translations for legal, technical, and marketing documents. Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and more.
Forge Translations started in 2016 in Cadiz with one rule: every document that leaves us has been read by a human who understands what it says, not just what the words mean.
We were founded by translators, not project managers. When a pharmaceutical dossier comes in for four-language submission, the person running the project is a linguist with regulatory translation experience. Not someone reading from a handover note.
Medical, legal, technical, and marketing translation. We are selective because depth matters more than breadth.

A pharmaceutical company requiring regulatory dossiers translated into four European languages for simultaneous EMA submission. Tight deadlines, zero tolerance for mistranslation.
An e-commerce platform expanding into Southern European markets. The existing machine-translated site was driving customer trust issues. We rebuilt the language across 2,800 product pages.

A Spanish construction group entering a joint venture with German and UK partners. 280 contracts, shareholder agreements, and technical annexes needed certified translation.
“They handled the regulatory package better than our previous translation vendor, and at half the waiting time. The consistency across languages was something we specifically tested.”
“Spanish-market conversion went up 41 percent after the relaunch. The team clearly understood what machine translation was doing wrong before.”
“Critical deadline, sensitive documents, three languages. They delivered every single contract on time and the notary confirmed everything was in order.”
“We run ongoing translation with them for all our French-language content. It just works. Consistent, on time, with someone to call when the brief changes.”
You send the source document and tell us the language pair, intended audience, and any specific requirements. We confirm scope, rate, and timeline before anything starts.
We match the project to a specialist with subject-matter experience. Medical documents go to medical translators. Legal documents to legal translators. Not generalists.
The translator works with your terminology requirements. A second linguist reviews the output for accuracy and fluency before it leaves us.
We verify the final document against the source for completeness, check the formatting matches the original layout, and confirm terminology consistency.

Full FAQWe accept Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, InDesign, and plain text. We return the translation in the same format as the source unless you specify otherwise.
Most projects are priced per source word. Certified translation and interpretation are priced per page or per hour. Fixed packages are available for standard document sizes.
A certified translation includes a signed statement from the translator confirming accuracy, and is required for documents submitted to authorities, courts, or government offices. Standard translation does not include this certification.
A professional translator handles approximately 2,000 words per day for standard content. A 2,500-word document typically takes 3-5 business days including review. Rush service reduces this to 24-48 hours.
We use MT-assisted workflows for some high-volume projects where appropriate, always with human post-editing and review. All certified translations are done entirely by human translators. We are transparent about this on every quote.
