These Terms of Service govern all orders placed with Forge Translations S.L. (CIF: B00000000), registered in Cadiz, Spain. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
Orders are placed through our website and paid via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be cancelled after work has begun unless agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines are agreed between us and the client before or at the start of the project. Standard delivery timelines are listed on each service page and in the package descriptions. Timelines apply to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays).
Rush delivery (24h) is available as an add-on where indicated. Rush projects must be confirmed by us before purchase. If we are unable to confirm rush delivery, the add-on is refunded.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. A revision round is a single consolidated list of changes submitted within 14 days of delivery. Changes to the original scope are not covered by revision rounds and are priced separately.
Forge Translations takes care to produce accurate translations. However, we do not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of translated content, or for inaccuracies arising from ambiguous, incomplete, or illegible source material provided by the client. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
Certified translations are produced by accredited sworn translators and include a signed certification. Acceptance by a specific authority cannot be guaranteed if the authority changes its requirements after delivery.
All documents shared with us are treated as confidential. Translators working on your project sign non-disclosure agreements. We do not share your documents with third parties except as required to deliver the service.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cadiz, Spain.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
