Refund Policy

Effective: 12 May 2025

Forge Translations S.L. delivers professional translation services digitally. This Refund Policy sets out when refunds apply and how to request them.

General policy

Because we begin work on your project after payment confirmation, and because digital content is delivered and consumed immediately upon completion, orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun. This is consistent with EU consumer rights rules for digital content (Article 14, EU Directive 2011/83/EU) where the consumer has explicitly consented to supply beginning before the cancellation period expires.

Quality complaints

If you believe the delivered translation contains errors that were not resolved through the included revision rounds, contact hello@forgetranslations.com within 14 days of delivery. We will review the complaint. If the error is confirmed to be ours and cannot be corrected, we will issue a partial or full refund proportional to the impact of the error.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Stripe processing fees are not refunded.
