Remote interpretation vs in-person
Remote interpretation has become standard for most business and legal meetings. It is faster to arrange, eliminates travel costs, and produces the same quality output when run properly. We use Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and specialist conference platforms.
For legal proceedings, depositions, and formal hearings, we use court-experienced interpreters who understand procedure and pace. The interpreter asks for clarification when needed and does not guess at technical terms.
Booking process
Send us the date, duration estimate, language pair, platform, and context (business meeting, legal proceeding, medical appointment, etc.). We confirm interpreter availability and send a booking confirmation. Pre-session briefing call included for complex or technical meetings.
Delivery: Interpretation is booked in advance. We confirm interpreter availability within 24 hours of enquiry.
Specific questions
Consecutive interpretation: the speaker pauses while the interpreter renders each segment. Used in meetings and interviews. Simultaneous: the interpreter works in real time while the speaker continues. Used in conferences.
For most bookings, 48-72 hours is sufficient. Urgent bookings within 24 hours are possible for common language pairs.
