All Forge Translations services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped. This policy describes how digital delivery works.
Completed translations are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Large files or projects may also be delivered via a shared folder link. We confirm the delivery method with you at the start of the project.

Timelines run from the first full business day after your project brief is confirmed with us. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays in Cadiz and Spain.
Within 1 business day of payment we contact you to confirm the project details, agree a final delivery date, and request any additional reference material. The delivery clock starts from this confirmation, not from the payment timestamp.
We deliver in the same format as the source document unless another format is agreed. Documents sent as Word are returned as Word. PDFs are returned as Word documents or formatted PDFs on request. String files (JSON, XLIFF, PO) are returned in the same format.
If a delay is anticipated on our side, we notify you by email with a revised delivery date. You may choose to wait or, if the delay is substantial and you choose not to wait, apply for a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
